Common Issues

| The program won’t start | insufficient permissions | Depending on the directory where you put the .exe, it can be possible that you need to run as administrator |
| Features not responding | Program glitch, missing dependencies, no internet | Restart app, reinstall dependencies, check internet connection |
| Login issues | Browser or firewall blocks request from Browser to VC | Use a different Browser or turn of the disturbing plugin / protection for app.virtualcoach.gg |
| Waiting for iRacing longer than 30 seconds after session finished loading | SDK couldn’t catch the data correctly | Restart Virtual Coach |
